In short: we only use what is needed for the website and your account to work and, only if you agree, a few preferences. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, ads or any other tracking tools.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. This also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which we treat the same way. We use them in line with Art. 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004 and the GDPR.
Necessary cookies
Without them the website cannot work: they keep you logged in, remember your cookie choice and make sure you don’t lose what you have filled in. The law allows them to be used without consent, which is why you cannot turn them off from the banner. You can delete them from your browser at any time, but you will then be logged out of your account.

Preference cookies
We use them only if you agree. They make the website nicer to use, but they are not required. If you refuse them, the website works just the same; it may simply show you the help message again.

External services
- Fonts are hosted on our own server; your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
- WhatsApp: the button is just a link. Only when you tap it do you go to WhatsApp, where their privacy and cookie policy applies.
- Card payment: when you pay, you are taken to the secure NETOPIA Payments page, which uses its own cookies needed for the payment.
We do not load content from social networks, maps or external videos on the website that could set cookies.
How to change your choice
You can give or withdraw your consent at any time, just as easily as you gave it: tap (the link is also in the footer of every page). If you withdraw your consent, we immediately delete the preference information from your browser.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
We keep your choice as proof under a random code, together with the date, without your IP address or any other data about you. You can find more about personal data in the Privacy Policy.
