I am Oana Olivia Neicu, an English teacher at Nicolae Iorga National College in Brăila, with over 20 years of teaching experience.
I created the Academy for people who want to learn English in a professional, friendly and results-focused environment, whatever their starting level.

What to know before you start
How long is a session?
Each session lasts 90 minutes.
How many learners are in a group?
Groups are small, usually 3–6 learners, to preserve interaction and individual feedback.
How are General English and Business English paid?
These programmes run in 6-week modules with 12 sessions. Payment can be made in full or in two instalments. General English and Business English: 1,200 lei per 12-session module or 2 × 600 lei.
How are Cambridge and Police Academy courses paid?
The fee is 100 lei per session, paid per session.
Are courses online or in person?
Online and in-person options are available depending on the programme and group formation.
What happens if I miss a session?
Attendance and make-up session conditions are communicated before enrolment is confirmed and are covered by the programme rules.
When is my place confirmed?
Once availability and group formation are confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your place and all course-start details.
